We started with an analysis of the local talent pool to identify potential candidates within a reasonable commute time of the proposed office location. We developed cobranded marketing, researched and sourced candidates, and provided two levels of candidate screening before presenting them to the client team.

We successfully placed a dozen people to form the backbone of the new office, and did this within 10 weeks. In addition, we were able to deliver these results at a significant cost savings vs. a traditional contingent search arrangement.
